Conceptual Planning

Recognising the need for strong B2B connections across different sectors, we began by creating a comprehensive exhibition stand guideline document. This document became a core part of Venator’s corporate identity, ensuring that every regional office could maintain brand consistency at events of all sizes. Addressing past inconsistencies in regional designs, this guideline was key to achieving uniformity in Venator’s global exhibition approach.

Design Visual

With the guidelines in place, we managed Venator’s exhibition projects worldwide, covering events ranging from intimate industry gatherings to large-scale trade shows. Our focus was on ensuring every stand, regardless of its location or size, delivered a unified, on-brand experience. Each interaction with the stand reflected Venator’s commitment to quality and innovation,

Results and Reflections

Our dedicated account team streamlined planning and approval processes, reducing the workload for Venator’s marketing teams and optimising exhibition management. We prioritised sustainability and cost-efficiency by designing reusable stand components, generating significant budget savings and minimising environmental impact. The integration of our stand guidelines into Venator’s corporate brand guidelines standardised exhibition spaces globally, bridging past regional gaps and enhancing engagement with visitors across all events. By aligning Venator’s exhibition strategy with a unified brand vision, we strengthened their industry presence at international trade shows, creating a consistent, impactful experience that resonates with clients and partners worldwide.

Results and Reflections

The stand was a huge success, drawing over 150,000 visitors throughout the show and creating significant buzz. The innovative design heightened member engagement, bringing the magic of camping to an indoor space.
