Meet Alex Sargent

Managing Director

Alex Sargent is Managing Director of DSA, leading a team of talented designers, project managers and exhibition specialists to deliver exceptional exhibition stands for brands at major shows around the world. He believes the strongest results come from genuine partnerships, both with clients and within the team, combining individual skills, experience and creativity to deliver projects that go beyond expectations. Under Alex’s leadership, DSA has built a culture founded on collaboration, trust and attention to detail, where every individual brings something valuable to the table. By empowering people to share their expertise, challenge ideas and work together towards a common goal, DSA delivers a seamless, partnership-led experience for its clients.

Paul Munford – Senior Designer

Detailed focussed creative designer working from initial ideation and concepts through to full technical drawings for manufacture and build.Graduated Uni with a BA in Interior Architecture and previously worked in-house for a large blue chip, designing and delivering permanent retail experiences.“As a designer at DSA, I’m inspired every day by the creativity that comes out of the studio. From the first line of a sketch to seeing the finished exhibition stand on show day one is incredibly rewarding.Being part of a team so focussed and dedicated to delivering incredible work is something I truly value.”

Chelsea Westlake – Project Manager

Organised, detailed orientated Project Manager that manages every element of a client project from supplier, organiser, and client liaison through to full on-site project management of installation and client handover. Graduated Uni after studying Event Management, with experience in event, hospitality and exhibition planning and management.“I love that no two days are the same. The variety keeps me motivated, and I enjoy getting out and about through the travel opportunities we get by working at shows in various places across the world. I’m also lucky to work with a fantastic team who make even the busiest days enjoyable. Having great colleagues around you really makes all the difference.”

Joined as Business Development Manager and was promoted to Sales Director in December 2025. Over 16 years of experience in live events and exhibitions sales.“DSA is a real team effort, and it’s something that struck me from day 1.
