Conceptual Planning
Our approach focused on building anticipation for Pioneer’s new product, with a comprehensive pre-, during, and post-event marketing strategy. We crafted a robust communication plan that included a VIP event, a multilingual microsite for registration, a targeted six-part email campaign, press coverage in top industry publications, and SMS updates for the after-party. To capture valuable insights, we deployed data-capture applications throughout the event, ensuring every interaction added to the product’s impact.


Design Visual
Tasked with designing and managing the stand, our challenge was to make a powerful impression within a limited exhibition space. We brought together a team of sound engineers and an experienced event manager to seamlessly integrate DSA’s efforts with Pioneer’s marketing objectives. Dressed in Pioneer-branded uniforms, the team engaged attendees with interactive demos, showcasing Pioneer’s technical excellence and deep connection to the music industry.
