NASDAQ listed Innospec is an international speciality chemicals company headquartered in the USA and operating in 23 countries worldwide. Their performance chemicals division develops and manufactures premium ingredients for some of the world’s best-known beauty and personal care brands.

Now a key component of Innospec’s annual marketing plan, the company had exhibited at In-Cosmetics Global for the last fifteen years, increasing their presence each year. DSA was asked to tender for the project with a view to redesigning the whole attendee experience with a high-quality custom-build stand. Our brief was to create a space akin to a make-up counter in a high-end boutique, with, impactful imagery, striking use of colour, hands-on product testing and opportunities to convey key messages.

The DSA solution delivered all of this and more. A striking overhead canopy attracted large numbers of attendees to the sampling counters, lounge areas and private meeting spaces located beneath it. A clear customer journey made sure attendees absorbed the product information and the sales staff exceeded lead generation objectives as a result. Our clients confirmed they had made the right choice in DSA and senior executives branded this their best show yet.
